Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, including payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR policy formulation. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth compliance and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.

Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures

 Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a healthy workplace environment.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle activities.

Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records in HRMS.

Coordinate with management for performance reviews and employee welfare programs.

Generate periodic HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience as an HR Executive or Generalist in a corporate environment (preferably healthcare or BPO sector).

Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operations.

Experience in policy creation and HR process improvement.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.

Hands-on experience in GreytHR or similar HRMS is an added advantage.

Willingness to work in a complete night shift.
