Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance framework and audit readiness, as well as managing tax remittance & reporting with a focus on Phase 5. Additionally, you will oversee HRIS management & process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and validate the accurate and timely remittance of all withheld Federal, State, and Local taxes, as well as statutory contributions. - Take ownership of the preparation and distribution of all mandatory year-end tax statements (e.g., W-2, T4). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related quantitative field. Additional Details: You should have regulatory expertise with expert-level knowledge of employment tax, wage & hour legislation, and benefit regulations (e.g., ERISA). Additionally, you must have leadership & process improvement skills, including a proven track record of establishing internal controls, documenting procedures, and leading process optimization projects. Superior communication & diplomacy abilities are also essential for handling sensitive information, managing confidential matters, and liaising professionally with internal leadership and external regulatory bodies.,
