IQhector is seeking an HR professional experienced in US Staffing to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, consultant management, compliance, and employee relations for US-based employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants, including offer letters and compliance documents (I-9, W-4, direct deposit).

• Maintain employee and consultant records in HRIS/ATS.

• Handle HR operations, documentation, timesheet tracking, and consultant communication.

• Process and validate weekly/bi-weekly payroll; ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and support year-end activities (W-2, taxes).

• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal HR/Finance teams.

• Maintain compliance documents (E-Verify, background checks, drug tests).

• Address HR queries and support employee relations.

• Prepare HR/payroll reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of HR experience in a US Staffing or US IT Recruitment company.

• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.

• Understanding of US labor laws, I-9, W-4, and onboarding processes.

• Experience with HRIS/ATS and payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, etc.).

• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
