Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.). Preparing salary reports, full & final settlements. Coordinating with finance for timely disbursement. HR Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitment process. Sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals, social media, and references. Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring smooth onboarding. 📚 Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Experience: 1–4 years in relevant domain (Payroll/Recruitment). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office. 💰 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
