🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities:

HR Payroll:

• Managing end-to-end payroll process.
• Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.).
• Preparing salary reports, full & final settlements.
• Coordinating with finance for timely disbursement.

HR Recruitment:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals, social media, and references.
• Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring smooth onboarding.

📚 Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Experience:

  1–4 years in relevant domain (Payroll/Recruitment).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office.

• 💰 Salary Range:

  ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
