About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll professional to manage payroll processing and administrative functions while coordinating operational activities to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance
• Oversee administrative functions and office management
• Coordinate operational activities to enhance efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations
• Support HR functions related to employee records and documentation
• Assist in process improvements and operational strategies
• Payroll handle 500 to 800 people

Qualifications

• MBA or BBA with specialization in HR, Operations, or related fields

Required Skills

• Proven experience in payroll, administration, and operations
• Good Excel knowledge for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll software

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling payroll for a large number of employees
