Your assets under management exceed 5000+ crores, reflecting your commitment to accessible credit and sustainable development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle employee taxation tasks such as tax computation, investment declarations, Quarterly and year-end tax filing, and Flexi Basket. Ensure accurate Form 16 records reconciliation and timely issuance. - Address and resolve salary-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders with precision and professionalism. - Maintain the accuracy of employee data in the HRMS and HR records for seamless operations. - Regularly generate and publish HR MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review, providing insights for strategic decision-making. - Offer guidance on organizational policies to new employees during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. - Ensure statutory compliance with relevant labour laws such as PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable regulations. **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Possess strong hands-on experience with HRMS tools, with exposure to Darwin box considered an added advantage. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks to ensure adherence to legal standards. - Exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for effective HR management. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Show attention to detail and proficiency in managing sensitive data with the utmost confidentiality, reflecting your commitment to data integrity and security.,
