Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, wages, and deductions. It is crucial to ensure compliance with income tax regulations (including TDS), PF, ESIC, PT (Professional Tax specific to Gujarat), and other statutory requirements. Additionally, staying updated on and ensuring adherence to various labour laws applicable in Gujarat and India will be a key part of your role.
