Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc. You will also be preparing salary reports, full & final settlements, and coordinating with finance for timely disbursement. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing & screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining recruitment MIS for smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Handling statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc. - Preparing salary reports, full & final settlements. - Coordinating with finance for timely disbursement. - Managing end-to-end recruitment process. - Sourcing & screening candidates through various channels. - Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. - Maintaining recruitment MIS and ensuring smooth onboarding. Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - Strong communication & interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office.
