What You’ll Do:

HR Operations Specialist


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the

    entire employee journey

    – onboarding, orientation, transfers, exits
  • Handling

    employment contracts

    , letters, and compliance documentation
  • Coordinating

    monthly payroll inputs

    , attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Maintaining up-to-date

    employee records and HR databases

  • Supporting HR policies, audits, and internal processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless HR experience


What We’re Looking For:

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have

    1–2 years

    of experience in

    HR operations

  • Understand the

    basics of Indian labor laws, compliance and payroll.

  • Are exceptionally

    organized and detail-oriented

  • Can handle multiple priorities in a

    fast-paced, high-growth startup

  • Bring a proactive mindset and be eager to take ownership
