About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative people to join our team as Career Counselor. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and communication, develop their interpersonal skills, and learn about the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features. Follow up with leads, provide information, and guide prospective candidates through the application and enrollment process. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM systems. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone presence and ability to speak clearly and confidently. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals. Graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Excellent command of the English language. Commitment of 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
