About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy ORM Executive to join our marketing team. If you're someone who enjoys engaging with communities online, loves tracking brand sentiment, and wants to be involved in social media content planning — this role is for you. Your primary responsibility will be Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring TERN’s digital presence remains responsive, trusted, and consistent. Alongside, you’ll support the broader social media team with content creation, campaign support, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: Online Reputation Management: Manage inbound queries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Quora, and Google Reviews. Monitor brand mentions, tags, reviews, and social media comments. Respond to DMs and comments promptly, in brand voice and tone. Use tools like Google Alerts, Brand24, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite for tracking and sentiment analysis. Maintain weekly and monthly sentiment reports and flag risks or recurring concerns. Community Management & Engagement: Be the brand's voice during live campaigns, events, and important launches. Build and manage community interactions on WhatsApp and Instagram. Keep an ear to the ground — track trends, common queries, and what your audience is saying. Social Media & Content Support: Collaborate on social media campaigns and assist in brainstorming content ideas. Be present during video shoots or content sessions when needed. Help shape replies, captions, and community messages to match brand tone. Escalation & Crisis Handling: Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk concerns to internal teams promptly. Collaborate with customer experience and operations to ensure issues are resolved effectively. What We're Looking For: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in ORM, community management, or social media (internships count!). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, responsive, and emotionally intelligent. Hands-on with ORM/social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Brand24. A strong understanding of community language, and brand engagement. Why Join TERN?
