Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Surat. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, helping them in career development and management. Daily tasks include assessing students' skills and interests, offering advice on career options, conducting workshops, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends. The role also involves facilitating students' job placements and providing ongoing support throughout their career journey.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Experience in Career Development and Career Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
