Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Center Head. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the institute, managing staff, coordinating classes, and ensuring high standards of training and service are maintained. Duties include administrative management, staff supervision, student counseling, and implementing policies to ensure smooth functioning of the institute. The role demands excellent leadership and organizational skills to drive the institute's success and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty and hair education, training, and administration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in managing staff and student-related issues
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational policies
• Familiarity with beauty industry trends and standards
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, beauty management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
