Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to support and manage core HR operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes in alignment with organizational policies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records across the entire employee lifecycle.

• Administer and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legal and organizational requirements.

• Act as a point of contact for employee relations by addressing concerns, queries, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS), ensuring data integrity and regular updates.

• Handle end-to-end employee separation processes including exit interviews, documentation, and final settlements.

• Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports to support effective decision-making and process improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on separation and exit processes.

• Proficiency in generating and interpreting MIS reports.

• Hands-on experience in working with HRMS platforms for employee data and performance management.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.

• Proven ability to handle the complete employee separation lifecycle.
