HR Data Management & HRIS: • Manage and maintain accurate employee records. • Ensure data consistency, confidentiality, and compliance across all employee-related documentation. • Handle employee lifecycle data management from onboarding to offboarding. • Regularly audit and update employee information in HR systems to ensure data integrity. 2.
