● Plan and design the course content, ensuring that it is engaging and effective for the intended audience.
● Designing meaningful or creative storyboards from the content received from the SMEs
● Summarizing the extensive content into sharp bullet points in a PPT /PDF format, getting approved from the SMEs
● Doing research and assisting the SMEs in making the content more engaging
● Host monthly masterclasses (free and paid) by Luke and other experts
● Closely working with the SME’s and content team for Indexing and segregating existing and new content into different verticals
● Ensuring the pre-uploading SOPs are adhered to- intro, assessments etc.
● Reviewing the video content- webinars, video recordings, talks by Luke /HNs/Drs and working closely with the video team to rollout the accurate and final edited version of the upload, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the content
● Uploading the content (masterclass, webinars, talks, videos, etc) on LMS for each training course
● Coordinating with the SMEs to reformat, template, and proofread the special plans to be shared with the clients
