Job Description

- Lead HR Strategy & Team

  • Direct and mentor the HR team to deliver high performance and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
  • Develop capabilities and growth opportunities for HR professionals.

- Drive Recruitment Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top-quality hires.

- Ensure Statutory Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Indian labour laws.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

- Enhance Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution effectively.

- Optimize HR Operations

  • Supervise payroll, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Leverage HR technologies (HRMS/ATS) to streamline and automate processes.

- Champion Performance & Development

  • Build and implement performance management frameworks.
  • Promote learning and development initiatives aligned with career growth.

- Align HR with Business Goals

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR strategy with business objectives.

- Innovate HR Practices

  • Introduce and drive adoption of modern HR tools and practices.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

  • 1015 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full-spectrum HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and systems implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (including state-specific regulations).
  • Proven success in managing HRMS implementations and migrations (e.g., Zoho, Spine, Oracle HCM, Darwin Box, KEKA).
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive organizational change.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws, including state-specific regulations.
  • Strong grasp of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
