Role Overview You will be a Human Resources Manager at Gemius Studios, responsible for overseeing all HR functions at the Surat location. Your role will involve managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. You will play a key role in implementing HR policies effectively and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. - Handle employee relations activities, such as conflict resolution and mediation, to maintain a harmonious workplace atmosphere. - Lead performance management by setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews for employees. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to uphold legal standards within the organization. - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce. - Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to effectively carry out HR responsibilities. - Work on-site in Surat to oversee HR operations and support the needs of the team. Qualifications - Experience in recruitment and selection processes, including candidate sourcing, interview management, and hiring procedures. - Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and mediation to maintain a positive work environment. - Proficiency in performance management, including goal setting, feedback provision, and performance reviews. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization. - Previous experience in designing and conducting training programs for employee development. - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to effectively fulfill HR duties. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
