About the Role:

LMDmax is looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle the full range of HR operations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and helping build a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, and manpower planning

Maintain employee relations and resolve grievances

Plan and execute employee engagement activities

Oversee attendance, leave, and shift management

Manage HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, exit process)

Support performance reviews and appraisal cycles

Maintain employee records and HRIS data

Ensure HR policy compliance and statutory requirements

Conduct audits for attendance, behavior, and performance

Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, incentives)

Lead and mentor the HR team

Support in building a positive and productive work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/Management

47 years of HR management experience

Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
