US Dispatcher - Blended Process (Voice + Chat + Email) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Shift: Night Shift (US Timings) Process Type : Blended (Voice, Chat & Email Support) Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 1-3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply) About LMDmax: LMDmax is a rapidly growing logistics support company, enabling last-mile delivery operations for US-based clients. We specialize in dispatch coordination, fleet tracking, and real-time resolution through modern tools and a responsive team that operates 24/7. Role Overview: We are hiring for the position of US Dispatcher at our Jaipur office. This is a night shift role supporting a blended process that includes voice calls, chat assistance, and email communication. You will be responsible for managing live dispatch operations, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination with drivers and customers in the US.
