About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Management. This role will play a crucial part in strengthening organizational processes, compliance, and employee success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, compliance, and documentation

🔹 Oversee and process accurate payroll, tax deductions, statutory compliance, and audits

🔹 Drive the employee lifecycle – performance reviews, promotions, benefits, and exits

🔹 Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and support positive workplace culture

🔹 Collaborate on L&D programs, talent engagement initiatives, and HR process improvement

🔹 Monitor and report on HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and engagement

🔹 Partner with leadership on strategic HR projects, audits, and change management

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s in HR / Business Admin; Master’s degree or HR certifications (SHRM/PHR) preferred

✅ 8–12 years of HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role

✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRIS systems, payroll, and compliance

✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume HR environment
