Human Resources Operations Specialist

You will be joining Euronics, the largest public washroom automation accessory brand in India, as a full-time Human Resources Operations Specialist based in Gurugram. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting HR management. You will play a crucial role in overseeing HR operational activities, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment processes and address employee grievances. To excel in this role, you should possess strong HR Operations and Human Resources skills. Your capabilities in Employee Relations and HR Management will be essential. Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies is highly valued. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required to succeed in this position. You must be willing to work on-site in Gurugram. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Any experience in the industrial or commercial sectors will be considered a plus.,
