Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Gurugram. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting HR management. Key tasks include overseeing HR operational activities, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The specialist will also assist in recruitment processes and handle employee grievances.

Qualifications

• HR Operations and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Employee Relations and HR Management capabilities
• Experience in implementing and managing HR Policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the industrial or commercial sectors is a plus
