Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate will build HR systems from the ground up, balancing compliance with our entrepreneurial culture while supporting our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Administration

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures
• Create and maintain employee documentation and records
• Establish HR metrics and reporting systems

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for technical and sales roles
• Develop structured interview processes and selection criteria
• Create effective onboarding programs for new employees

Performance & Development

• Implement performance management systems
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive work environment and company culture
• Mediate workplace conflicts and grievances
• Develop employee recognition and retention initiatives

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
• Maintain required employment documentation
• Develop and communicate company policies

Compensation & Benefits

• Administer payroll in coordination with Finance
• Manage benefits programs
• Develop competitive compensation structures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience implementing HR systems and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of sales incentive structures
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance
• Experience in a growing organization
