Job Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of the company's digital presence. Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho for automation and performance tracking. Analytics & Reporting Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other dashboards. Analyze user behavior, conversions, bounce rates, and engagement to suggest improvements. Team & Vendor Management Manage and mentor a team of junior marketers, freelancers, and external vendors. Collaborate with design, product, and tech teams to launch integrated campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content strategy, and analytics.
