Job Description

As a Client Relations Manager, your role is vital in building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Building long-term relationships with key clients in the software domain. - Addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively. - Creating sales plans to generate revenue and meet targets. - Having strong convincing skills to advise clients on profitable processes. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of project management, project development architecture, SRS, and employee recruitment concepts. - Being able to sign off projects to ensure successful completion. In this position, you will be expected to excel in communication, customer service, and industry knowledge. Your goal is to safeguard revenue and retain customers by providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Build relationships with key employees among customers. - Create plans to address clients" business needs. - Advise clients on creating profitable processes. - Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as needed. - Help the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products. - Ensure adherence to contract terms by both the company and clients. - Study competition to find new ways to retain customers. - Set and achieve sales and revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to address customers" needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager. - Track record of meeting and exceeding targets. - Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus. - Experience in tracking relevant KPIs like customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM platforms. - Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work well in a team. - MBA/BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. This is a full-time position with an in-person work location.
