Client Relationship Manager

As a CRM professional, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining MIS systems to ensure efficient operations. You will be responsible for creating and managing advanced Excel reports and dashboards while upholding data confidentiality and accuracy. Regular reporting to internal teams and management, coordination with clients for updates and meetings, and collaboration with internal teams for seamless operations will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to track and escalate client issues, suggest additional products to existing clients, and promote higher-value services or upgrades. Effective communication with all stakeholders is crucial in this role. Qualifications: - Diploma or B.
