Role Overview

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives to effectively brief the creative, design, and digital teams.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure all client communications are handled promptly.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports as required.
• Address client feedback proactively and work with the team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent quality and communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in client servicing, account management, or a similar role preferably within an advertising, branding, or digital agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
