Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations, conducting regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to provide additional support or services. The Client Relationship Manager will play an essential role in ensuring long-term client retention and fostering trust. Travel to the UK, Ireland and USA is involved.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in client services, account management, or customer engagement, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and drive client success.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build enduring partnerships in a professional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in outsourcing or offshoring services is a plus.
