Production Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant with at least one year of experience in media, video, or content production. You will support our production team in organizing shoots, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of creative projects across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Assist in pre-production planning, including scheduling, equipment management, and location coordination Support the production team during shoots (video, photo, or live content) Help manage props, sets, and technical gear Coordinate with in-house teams (design, video, content) and external vendors Ensure timelines and production deadlines are met Maintain production documents and logs Handle basic post-production support tasks if required Organize and manage digital assets and backups Ensure compliance with company processes and creative standards Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in production or digital media Basic understanding of production workflows and tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to changing priorities Knowledge of photography/video basics is a plus Fluency in English and Tamil preferred, Malayalam is an additional advantage Nice to Have: Exposure to creative/digital agency environments Basic video editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut) Experience working on branded content or marketing campaigns Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
