Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Production Assistant, starting Janurary 2026. Responsibilities include supporting production processes, monitoring quality control standards, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely execution of production schedules. Additional tasks involve assisting in communication with customers and maintaining standards aligned with the brand's vision. Also, occasionally helping in designing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Assistance with a focus on supporting daily production tasks and schedules
• Ability to perform Quality Control to ensure products meet the highest standards
• Strong Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and maintain brand reputation
• Proficiency in Editing tasks for production details, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Excellent Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of textiles or fashion industry experience is a plus
• Diploma or degree in fashion is a MUST
