• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing investors & onboard new investors.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment solutions (MF, SIP, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Unlisted, IPOs).
• Assist clients in goal-based financial planning and portfolio rebalancing.
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and generate reports using CRM & analytics tools.
• Drive SIP growth, referral networks, and investor engagement programs.
• Coordinate with research, operations, risk & backend teams for seamless transaction support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance & KYC completion for all investment accounts.
• Support digital adoption through OngoleBulls investing platform, app & tools.
• Participate in investor meets, webinars, and brand outreach programs.
• Achieve AUM growth, revenue, and relationship management KPIs.

• Bachelor’s / MBA in Finance or related field (NISM VA/VB/Investment Advisor preferred).
• Experience in wealth management, mutual fund distribution, broking, or banking preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation & analytical skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and trust with clients.
• Passion for investments, wealth creation & capital markets.
• Goal-oriented and comfortable with field/customer interactions.
