Ongolebulls Invest Pvt. Ltd. is a next-generation wealth-tech company building a comprehensive investment ecosystem that spans mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, unlisted shares, and financial advisory. With a digital-first approach, we aim to democratize wealth management through innovation, AI-powered insights, and customer-centric design.

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s technology vision, product strategy, and digital transformation roadmap. The role demands a visionary leader who can integrate technology, finance, and user experience to build scalable digital platforms that power Ongolebulls Invest’s growth across B2B, B2C, and hybrid channels.

• Develop and implement the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory compliance (SEBI, AMFI, RBI).
• Build a robust digital architecture for Ongolebulls’ investment, advisory, and analytics platforms.
• Spearhead the development of the company’s proprietary platforms such as Ongolebulls App, Partner Portal, and Wealth Engine (AI-based advisor tools).

• Oversee end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of fintech products (KYC modules, payment gateways, transaction systems, dashboards).
• Lead AI, ML, and data analytics initiatives for portfolio intelligence, behavioral finance insights, and investment recommendations.
• Drive innovation in API integrations with AMCs, exchanges (BSE STAR MF), and third-party fintech partners.
• Supervise UI/UX design to ensure seamless user journeys across web and mobile applications.

• Build and manage a high-performance tech team: developers, data engineers, DevOps, UI/UX, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability through agile/scrum methodologies.
• Mentor and guide teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions.

• Ensure end-to-end data protection, encryption, and cybersecurity frameworks aligned with DPDP Act, SEBI guidelines, and RBI norms.
• Manage infrastructure security, DR (Disaster Recovery), and business continuity planning.
• Oversee compliance integration for KYC/AML, digital signatures, and investor data privacy.

• Collaborate with product, compliance, and business heads to identify technology-driven growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and onboard technology vendors, APIs, and cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Represent Ongolebulls in fintech forums and innovation partnerships.

• Proven experience in fintech, capital markets, or wealth-tech ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund distribution, PMS, AIFs, and SEBI-compliant advisory systems.
• Proficiency in modern tech stacks:
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java
• Frontend: React, Angular, Next.js
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes
• Data & AI: Python, TensorFlow, Power BI, SQL, NoSQL
• Familiarity with RegTech, API-based integrations, and open banking frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• MBA or Executive Education from reputed business school (preferable).
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity are a plus.
