We’re building a digital ecosystem from scratch, for some amazing industries starting with Film and Media .This is an ambitious build. Big vision. Fast pace. Some days will be smooth, some will be chaos. But all of it will be real and meaningful . Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically brilliant - but technically fearless . Someone who’s ready to own the tech side like a boss. Architect it, lead it, challenge it, and build it. We’re looking for someone with 5–10 years of experience , ideally in their 20s or 30s , who’s excited to take the lead, move fast, and build something bold from scratch with a young, ambitious team. This is for you if you: Actually understand cloud, architecture, AI, and scaling and don’t just drop the buzzwords in meetings Have built real things (preferably from scratch) or led teams who have Don’t break into a cold sweat when someone says, “Hey, we’ve got a wild idea…” Think “We’ll figure it out” is a totally valid engineering philosophy Know how to make things work , and make them last Are in it for the long haul , not just the launch hype Tech Stack (That You’ll Help Shape) Cloud-first architecture (AWS preferred) Microservices, APIs, containerisation — all the good stuff AI integration not for buzz, but for real features Scalable, secure, beautifully built web infrastructure You don’t have to tick every box. But if you get excited reading this stack, we should talk. Bonus Points If You... Are based in Mumbai (with international exposure) or anywhere, really, as long as you can build Know your way around the film/media industry or just really get niche industries Have startup experience and can lead without needing a manual Who You’ll Work With You’ll work directly with the Founder .
