Job Title: Co-founder – Sales (Equity based) Location: Kolkata, India (On-site) Type: Full-Time, cannot be doing anything by the side Compensation: Equity-based only (No salary at the moment) About Adding At Adding, we are in the early stages of building something bold and exciting. The Role We’re looking for a Co-founder with a strong Sales mindset — a true partner, not just an employee. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategies, forming partnerships, acquiring early customers, and driving revenue growth from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to co-create a company as a key decision-maker, working alongside a founding team that values passion, transparency, and perseverance. What We’re Looking For 1.You’ve tried building a business before. Maybe it didn’t work out — and that’s completely okay. In fact, that’s a plus. 2.You have a deep entrepreneurial drive and are looking for a second (or third) shot at building something meaningful. 3.You’re based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata, and ready to work full-time and on-site. 4.You come from a marketing or sales background (preferred) and know how to talk to users, pitch ideas, and close deals. 5.You want to be a partner, not just an employee. You’re ready to take ownership — of successes and failures alike.
