Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai that allows some work from home. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Daily tasks include regular communication with clients, providing support and assistance, resolving issues, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role requires regular client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to ensure client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the technology or innovation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
