Role Description The Support Associate will handle customer presales inquiries and provide social media support to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This role involves assisting potential customers with product information, handling inquiries via social media, and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Customer Presales Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information. Assist potential customers in understanding product features and benefits. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule demos. Maintain a database of customer inquiries and follow-up actions. Social Media Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms. Engage with customers by addressing their questions, comments, and concerns. Track and report on social media engagement metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share relevant content. General Support: Assist with creating and updating support documentation and FAQs. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
