Support Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Associate to join our Study Abroad team. The role involves contacting prospective students, understanding their study abroad goals, and guiding them through available international education opportunities.

Location: Ettumanoor

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with students interested in studying abroad
• Explain courses, countries, universities, and admission process
• Answer queries related to IELTS, admissions, and visas
• Maintain student data and follow up regularly
• Convert leads into counseling appointments

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & local language)
• Confident and target-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in telecalling/education sales preferred

Salary: 15,000-20,000 P.M

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
