Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Support Associate, based in Udaipur. The Support Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, and guiding users in utilizing Octa GST's software solutions efficiently. Key duties include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols, and maintaining effective communication with users. Candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve client concerns, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in providing customer support for users.
  • Ability to provide technical support and assist with resolving software-related issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and measures to ensure the protection and safety of clients.
  • Familiarity with GST compliance processes and related software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as IT, customer service, or business administration.
