Client Relationship Manager

You will be joining D.R.SHARE & STOCK BROKERS PVT LTD in Chandigarh as a Client Relationship Manager. Your main responsibilities will include managing client portfolios, fostering strong relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing financial advice tailored to meet client objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Apply knowledge of financial products and services - Maintain a customer-oriented approach and collaborate effectively within a team - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Analyze client data to pinpoint areas for improvement Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (male candidates preferred) - Basic communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds and financial markets (training provided) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong desire to learn and advance in financial services - Exhibit a good personality and positive attitude - Proficiency in computer applications and technology - Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic - Patient and empathetic demeanor with a focus on resolving client queries - Goal-oriented mindset with a motivation to deliver exceptional customer service Office Timings: - Monday to Friday: 08:45 AM - 05:30 PM - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM (every Saturday, except 4th Saturday which is off) What We Offer: - Opportunity to build a career in financial services with a reputable brokerage firm - Training and support to develop your skills and knowledge - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Please Note: Relocation to Chandigarh is preferred for this full-time, day shift position.
