The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong client relationships, onboarding customers, and driving sales of our subscription-based solutions. This is a client-facing, target-driven role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. --- Key Roles & Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and offer customized subscription-based solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and post-sales follow-up. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets. Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and networking initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams—Marketing, Product, and Operations—for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and feedback for business insights. We have office sitting and field option is available  --- Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management. Freshers with prior sales internship experience may also apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities. Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-driven. Experience in Real Estate or PropTech will be an added advantage. --- Why Join Square Yards?
