I’m looking for a Client Experience Manager—a poised, well-spoken, polished individual who can create a refined, welcoming atmosphere for every patient.
You’ll:
• Engage warmly with clients
• Counselling for procedures
• Manage online queries
• Elevate their waiting time experience
• Uphold the boutique, hospitality-driven vibe of the clinic
Ideal Fit:
Someone with elegance, great communication, fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati and a background in hospitality or premium retail.
