Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in Surat. The Client Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, addressing client concerns, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and identifying opportunities for growth and client engagement. The role requires effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver value and maintain strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client communication, relationship management, and customer support
• Ability to plan and coordinate projects by managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills to cultivate productive relationships
• Proficiency in basic digital tools or CRM platforms and creative marketing collaboration is preferred
• Relevant prior experience in client relationship management or account management is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
