Client Relationship Manager

As a CRM Executive at our residential facility, you will play a crucial role in managing resident relations and ensuring smooth coordination between residents and facility teams. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with prior experience in residential property management or facility operations, will be essential for excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for residents, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. - Handle complaints, service requests, and feedback efficiently to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. - Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to resolve issues effectively. - Maintain detailed records of resident communications and service requests for future reference. - Prepare and share daily/monthly MIS reports with the management to track performance metrics. - Manage move-in/move-out processes smoothly and ensure accurate updates to resident data. - Support community engagement activities and resident meetings to foster a sense of belonging. - Uphold high standards of resident satisfaction and service quality to enhance the overall living experience. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents. - Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication for efficient task management. - Previous experience in handling residents or customers in a facility or real estate environment. - Pleasant personality and a service-oriented attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for residents.
