Client Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

 Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to all parties involved.

 Create and manage listing agreements and upload the accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease for sellers/Landlords.

 Prepare all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions. Collect and organize deal-related documents from agents, clients, and ensure compliance and completion before the closing date.

 Update the deal information in our accounting and deal management software. Learn and utilize its features effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.

 Providing on-time support to real estate agents, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs to help them close deals successfully.

Requirements

 Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have)

 Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.

 0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination.

 Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.

Work Timing & Location

Shift Time: (Canadian Shift) 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST
