Key Responsibilities Handle client onboarding and maintain updated client profiles. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction . Provide clear guidance on treatment plans, pricing, and pre/post-procedure protocols. Manage appointment scheduling, treatment follow-ups, and recovery tracking. Coordinate with Doctors, Front Desk, and Technical Staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Address client concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally. Support client retention programs and loyalty campaigns. Ensure clients complete treatment cycles and convert enquiries into paid services. Maintain CRM software records and track conversion rates, renewals, and client satisfaction metrics. Contribute to monthly sales targets , repeat bookings, and referral conversions.
