Assistant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Preferably Married) . They should have good knowledge in stock market. Job Responsibilities : Support the manager in planning and executing operational strategies to achieve company objectives. Manage schedules, including coordinating staff shifts and approving time-off requests. Function as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. Provide performance feedback to staff and collaborate on professional development plans. A sharp, analytical mindset to address challenges promptly and make sound decisions under pressure. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Location -Ambala Cantt Fixed 4th Saturday off Monday to Friday Timings -8:45am to 6:30pm Saturday Timings -10:00am to 2:00pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ambala, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
