About the Role:
We are urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the digital marketing industry and be passionate about building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining long-term, trusted relationships.
• Understand clients’ business goals and align digital marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, projects, and performance reports.
• Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager in the digital marketing industry (minimum 4 to 7years).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, and other digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Open to Travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
