Client Relationship Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) or equivalent business degree.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong knowledge of residential and industrial land/plots, market trends, and investor behavior.

- Skilled in cold calling, lead follow-up, client negotiation, and corporate communication.

- Experience in data management, CRM handling, documentation, and reporting.

- Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Time-punctual, confident, and capable of handling high-value clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with the sales team.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
